Where do I find what I bought?

Under "My patterns" and "My courses" in your account. Everything stays there permanently — download or watch it as often as you like, on as many devices as you like.

What do I need to print a pattern?

A home printer and A4 paper. Most patterns also come as a single large sheet for a copy shop.

Can I sell what I make from a pattern?

That depends on the designer, and it is stated on each product page. Many allow small-scale sales; the pattern file itself may never be passed on or resold.

How do I become a designer here?

You apply, and a person reads it. We answer either way. Accepted designers keep 85 % of the net price of every sale.

Something is wrong with a file. What now?

Write to us. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, you get your money back — the exception to the withdrawal rules does not cover defects.
